Job Title: HRA Executive
Report to: Head of Department (HOD)
Department: HRA Department
Main Role: As an HRA Executive you are expected to perform tasks such as finance, accounting, clerical, administrative services, logistics, maintenance and office support activities to ensure efficient, timely and accurate for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Assist departments on administrative support such as key in orders received, etc.
- Process Claims and records of claims.
- Assist in flight & hotel booking.
- Quality awareness and compliance to company QMS requirement.
- Awareness and compliance to company and customer HSE requirement.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Procurement:
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax, and mailing.
- Perform buying duties when necessary such as order materials, supplies, services or equipment.
- Prepare purchase orders and send to departments originating requests and send copies to suppliers after approval.
- Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications. Inspect shipments to ensure correct order fulfillment.
- Preparation of required documentation by department, e.g. PO to vendor, Delivery Order, Shipping Invoices, Invoices, etc.
Logistics:
- To manage all logistics operation in order to ensure timely and cost‐effective delivery
- To co‐ordinate and provide logistics support to on‐going air, land, sea or rail operation in the area.
- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers on the delivery of materials.
- Plan and track the shipment
- Arrange delivery of goods including preservation, packing and marking.
Office/Building Maintenance:
- Oversee and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building systems. They may be responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed.
- Arranges for and manages appropriate third‐party contractor support as needed
- Develops and maintains a preventative maintenance schedule program for applicable equipment and machinery.
Other duties:

Education & Experience:
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline.
Skill & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting software.
- Knowledge in Human Resource Management.
- Knowledge in logistic handling.
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Ability to focus on multiple tasks at the same time.

HSEQ Executive
Job Title: HSEQ Executive
Report to: HSEQ Manager
Department: HSEQ Department
Main Role: As a HSEQ Executive, you are required to assist HSEQ Manager to implement and maintain company HSEQ Management System that promotes a culture of customer focus, continuous improvement and safe working practices across the organisation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist HSEQ Manager on the measures to be taken in the interests of HSEQ.
- Take the role of alternate QMR for the company HSEQ Management System.
- Promote ISO9001:2015 QMS Standards implementation, enforce corrective action and follow-up periodically.
- Advice and assist so far as practicable that the company implements the general duties of employers according to OSHA 1994, Section 15.
- Ensure the company staff complies with the general duties of employees according to OSHA 1994, Section 24.
- Perform the duties as per OSH (SHO) Regulations 1997.
- Perform the duties as per FMA (BOWEC) (Safety) Regulations 1986, Regulation 25 and 26.
- Become alternate secretary to the HSEQ Committee and perform duties as per OSH (Safety and Health Committee) Regulations 1996.
- Conduct HSEQ site visits, premise inspection, incident handling, investigation and reporting when required.
- Assist HIRARC, JHA, JSA, JMS, MOS, etc. development for Project and Service team.
- Monitor & ensure the compliance of client’s HSE requirements throughout projects and service jobs execution.
- Waste management as per Environmental Quality (Scheduled Wastes) Regulations 2005.
- Monitoring of PPE management system and initiate Purchase Requisition when required.
- Record keeping and monitoring of all data and documentation pertaining to HSEQ matters.
- Assist preparation of monthly management reports relating to HSEQ matters.
Education & Experience:
- Must possess a degree, preferably in relevant or related discipline.
Skill & Knowledge:
- IT literate (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- (Advantage if), possess certification in:
- Site Safety Supervisor or;
- Safety and Health Officer or;
- ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System

At this level, we are expecting you to have self-confident, good problem-solving skill, resourceful and report the project status to your Project Manager on timely basis.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Determines project specifications by studying customer requirement.
- Liaise with customers, vendors and principal regarding various technical and commercial issues.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan schedule changes, recommending actions.
- Procurement of project materials / equipment, and manpower outsource, on a timely basis.
- Controls project cost by ensuring minimum non-conformance cost incur.
- To carry out following engineering design work per project or customer specification;
- Control system and software, ie DCS, PLC and SCADA.
- Electrical and Instrumentation system

Job Title: Sales Engineer II
Main Role: As a Sales Engineer II, ensure timeliness and accuracy to prepare proposals/quotations to customers. In addition, you shall also achieve the company’s Sales Target and profit assigned to your department. At this level, we are expecting you to be self-confident, good technical skills, resourceful, marketing activities planning and report Sales pursuit(s) to your Sales Manager on a timely basis.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- To handle sales & marketing of choke valve, control valves and actuators by providing timely and fit for purpose application, quotation and technical support to customers
- Participate in technical and commercial clarification meetings
- Support team to achieve department’s Sales Targets and Profits and grow with the company
- Generate new Leads and simultaneously pursue Product/Project Pipelines
- Good Communication and Working Relationship with Clients, Consultants, Contractors and Procurement/Buyer
- Prepare Technical/Engineering Proposal consisting of Valve/ Actuator Datasheet and relevant drawings. Attend Site Visits (if required)
- Review ITB specifications by capturing customer requirement to prepare a comprehensive and competitive proposals/quotations; including contract review, valve sizing and selection
- Control proposal/quotation costing by proposing cost effective solutions; new technology or fit for purpose solutions and source for most cost effective materials / equipment, suppliers and manpower service providers.
Job Requirements:
- Engineering Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years working experience in direct sales of valves and actuator
- Experience in technical knowledge related to Valves and Actuators, Electrical & Instrumentation and Explosion Protection Equipment.
- Shall possess a valid driving license and own vehicle.
